Situational or occasional anxiety is a part of life. An upcoming test, an audition or a big game/performance can create a touch of anxiety in many. For most, when the “big event” is over, the feelings of anxiety typically subside. For others, symptoms of anxiety occur more frequently, tend not to dissipate over time, and often become so significant that they interfere with daily life, such as school, extra curricular activities, and relationships in general.

Supporting a child with anxiety – whether as a parent or a teacher – can be difficult without effective tools to help support the child. Join LoveU2Pieces as we welcome Angela Adamson, of Calm Mind CBT as she share strategies for Turning Down the Volume on Childhood Anxiety.
